5. Pricing and Payment

Our services operate on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 second of video processing. Pricing is clearly displayed on our pricing page.

Credits are generally non-refundable once processing begins (see our Refund Policy for exceptions)
Credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely
Additional charges may apply for premium features, human editorial services, or expedited processing
All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
Credits are purchased as needed with flexible package options
Enterprise customers may negotiate custom pricing and terms

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original video content. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our technology, algorithms, and software remain our exclusive property.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

Harmful or Illegal Content

Creating deepfake, misleading, or fraudulent content
Generating content that impersonates others without consent
Processing harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
Creating content that violates privacy rights or contains personal information without consent

Intellectual Property Violations

Processing content you don't own or have rights to use
Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
Using copyrighted music, voices, or content without proper licensing

Service Abuse

Circumventing our technical, security, or usage limitations
Reselling, redistributing, or white-labeling our services without authorization
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our algorithms
Using automated tools to access our services beyond rate limits

While we strive for the highest quality, AI services may have limitations with heavily accented speech, poor audio quality, or specialized terminology. Human editorial services are available for enhanced accuracy.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is paramount to us. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy regulations.

Content automatically deleted from processing servers within 30 days

Data Processing Rights

10. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

We are not liable for any disruption to your business resulting from service unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNAPSE SPARK STUDIO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYNAPSE SPARK STUDIO LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but you remain liable for any outstanding payments.
